Understand how our support works and how you can get help from our team

At Fundin, all support is handled directly in-app through our app.


Our support combines technology with a human touch to ensure you always get the help you need. Whether it’s a technical issue or a grant question, our team is here to support you every step of the way.

How Support Works

From the Help section in the bottom navigation bar, you can:

  • 🔍 Search for help articles to get instant answers

  • 💬 Send a message to our team directly from the app

We help with everything related to your Fundin account, including:

  • Technical Issues – login problems or platform bugs

  • Grant Questions – advice on eligibility or specific funds

  • Project Support – developing and refining your projects

  • Payments or Upgrades – billing, plan changes, or cancellations

Once you send a message, it goes straight to our team. You’ll get updates both in the Fundin app and by email - whichever’s easiest for you.

Tracking Your Messages

All your conversations are visible in the Messages tab in-app. You’ll see:

  • 📨 Open messages

  • 💬 Latest replies from our team

  • ✅ Completed requests

We’ll also send you an email whenever there’s an update, so you’re never left waiting or wondering.
