✅ Always know when to apply by.
Every grant listed on Fundin clearly displays the application deadline, so you can prioritise and plan your submissions effectively.
Where to find the deadline
When you click “View Grant” from the database, you’ll be taken to the grant’s overview page. The deadline is shown in the top section under:
Deadline: [e.g. Jun 20, 2025]
This field is always visible alongside other key information such as the funder name, location, and maximum amount.
Why it matters
Knowing the deadline helps you:
Prioritise which bids to write first
Plan your team’s workload
Avoid wasting time preparing for a fund that’s already closed
Fundin keeps all deadlines up to date, and our system removes expired opportunities automatically to help keep your view focused and relevant.
What if no deadline is listed?
In some cases, a fund may accept applications on a rolling basis. If no deadline is listed then this grant is open on a rolling basis and can be applied for throughout the year,
You can also click “More Info” to check the funder’s website for updates.
