The Pipeline is your project’s command centre. It shows you exactly where each of your grant applications is in the process, so you always know what’s happening and what comes next.
The Pipeline Stages
Your bids move through the following stages:
1. In Progress
This is where every new bid begins. Once you’ve selected a fund, Fundin’s AI drafts the application based on your project. It will appear under the In-Progress column while our system completes the initial version.
2. To Review
Once it's ready for you, the bid is moved into 'To Review'. You’ll now have access to the draft.

Grants in review might have alerts such as 'Info Required' so you can see what is blocking the grant from progressing
3. Submission
Once you've approved the draft the bid moves to Submission.
At this point, either:
You submit it
We submit it for you (Admin Manager add-on)

4. Decision
Once the grant has been submitted, the grant is moved to the Submitted column.
