Reviewing applications

✅ You can easily make changes and edits to each drafted application

Each grant takes under 5 minutes to draft. Once it has moved over to in-progress you will be able to see the entire bid.

Within each bid we highlight questions that need your attention.

Info required = we didn't have enough information to answer this question and need your input.

You can add a comment and our Ai will then answer this question.

Once you have added the context needed the bid moves over to 'Needs Checking'. Here you can easily approve or edit the response.

Under the all questions tab you can view the remaining application form.

You can use the built in-editor to quickly make changes to the responses.

When you’re happy with the draft you can approve the bid in our app by clicking 'Ready for Submission.

This will move the bid over to the submission column in the pipeline and you are ready to submit.
