Can I pause or cancel my subscription?

How to pause or cancel your Fundin subscription and what to expect.

Pausing your subscription

If you need to take a break from the service, you can pause your subscription. Get in touch with your bid writer or contact our team directly to arrange this.

Cancelling your subscription

All Fundin plans have a minimum three month commitment. After that, you can cancel at any time by contacting our team directly — cancellations cannot be processed through the app.

We require 30 days notice to cancel. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the notice period.

Any unused credits will be lost when your subscription ends. We recommend using your remaining credits before your cancellation date where possible. Speak to your bid writer about prioritising your pipeline if you are planning to cancel.

What happens to active bids

If you have bids in progress when you cancel, speak to your bid writer about how to handle these. We will do our best to complete any applications that are close to submission before your end date.
