Every starts by telling us what you would like Funding for. Within the app these are referred to as 'Projects' but it can be any type of funding, including core and capital.
Your bid writer can review your project and suggest improvements but you know your organisation better than anyone so getting your knowledge into our system is important.
To add projects, follow the process below.
Got to projects
Using the sidebar on the left click 'Projects' and then 'Add Project'
Basic details
Add a title, description and location the project will take place.
Generate Draft
Click 'Generate Draft' and our Ai will generate a description for you.
When using the Ai feature, add a bit of guidance to help the Ai and then we will generate a full description.
Goals and Activities
Outcomes
Add the outcomes you want to achieve by delivering the project. Or click ' Generate with Ai' and Fundin will suggest key outcomes based on your project description.
Key Activities
Add the key parts of the project and what will be delivered. Or use our Ai to help you generate a response.
Target Beneficiaries
Include who your project is supporting and how many people this will impact.
Evidence
Our Ai is plugged into millions of data points and will search for data to evidence the need for your project.
Budget
Use this section to build your project budget. Funders expect to see a clear breakdown of how funding will be spent.
Item Description: What you’re spending money on (e.g. staff costs, equipment).
Quantity: Number of sessions, packs, people, etc.
Unit Cost: Cost per item or session.
Total: Automatically calculated.
You can use our Ai to help you build out a budget and we will suggest line items based on your project information
Once you have created your project, let your bid writer know and they can review and begin searching for grants
