If you would like changes made to a specific answer in your application, you can leave a comment directly on that question. Your bid writer will review it and make the necessary changes before sending the bid back to you for approval.
Leaving a comment on a question
Open the bid from your pipeline and find the question you want to give feedback on. Below the answer you will see a Comments section. Click to expand it, type your feedback in the box, and click the send button to submit.
You can leave comments on as many questions as you need. Each question has its own comment thread, so your feedback stays organised against the relevant answer.
💡 The more specific your feedback, the quicker we can make the change. For example, "we support around 400 young people per year, not 200" is more useful than "the numbers need updating."
What happens next
Once you have submitted your comment, your bid writer will review it and update the answer. You will receive an email notification when the bid is ready for you to review again. You can view the full history of comments and responses at any time by opening the Comments section on that question.
Feedback across the whole application
The comments feature is designed for feedback on individual questions. If you have broader feedback about the application as a whole — for example the overall tone or structure — email your bid writer directly and they will pick it up.
Once you are happy with all the answers, remember to click Approve at the top of the bid to confirm it is ready for submission. Leaving comments without approving means the bid will stay in your To Review column.
