On Managed, your dedicated bid writing expert drafts your applications for you, using Fundin's AI plus their own expertise. Up to 3 a month are included, with a custom quote available if you need more.
How it starts
You and your bid writing expert agree which matched grants to pursue — usually at your monthly strategy call, or ad hoc by email or WhatsApp in between. Once you've agreed one, they get to work on the draft.
What goes into the draft
Your bid writing expert builds the application using Fundin's AI as a starting point, then works it up themselves, checking:
Does it accurately represent your organisation and what you deliver?
Does it reflect the funder's priorities? Whether the application speaks directly to what this funder is looking for.
Are the figures correct? Budget figures, beneficiary numbers, or statistics.
Does it read naturally? Strengthening language and tightening the case for funding where needed.
Reviewing the draft
Once it's ready, it lands in your pipeline's To Review column. Open any question to see it, and use the Comments section below each answer if you'd like something changed — see How to leave a comment or request changes. For anything broader, like overall tone or structure, get in touch with your bid writing expert directly instead.
💡 Tip: Turnaround depends on your bid writing expert's availability — if you're working to a tight deadline, mention it when you agree the grant, or flag it by WhatsApp.
Submitting
Once you're happy with the application, you submit it yourself directly to the funder. See Reviewing and submitting bids for what to check before you do.
