Every Managed user has a monthly strategy call with their bid writing expert. It's dedicated time to discuss your funding strategy, go through your matched grants together, and agree what to prioritise.
The monthly call is optional. If you prefer to keep communication over email or WhatsApp, that works just as well - just let your bid writer know.
What we cover
Calls typically run between 10 minutes and an hour depending on what needs discussing. You and your bid writing expert will use the time to:
Review your campaigns — go through anything new or changed since your last call, and make sure they're set up to get the best matches and drafts.
Review your matched grants and pipeline — go through what's been matched, what you're working on, and the status of anything submitted.
Discuss priorities — agree which grants to prioritise and whether your funding strategy still fits where you're heading.
Flag applications for review — if you've got a draft you'd like a second pair of eyes on, this is a good time to hand it over.
There is no fixed agenda, if there is something specific you want to cover, bring it to the call and your bid writer will make time for it.
How to book your call
Your bid writing expert will be in touch to arrange your first call. After that, it is up to you to book in each month. Contact them directly by email or WhatsApp to agree a time.
💡 It is worth booking your next call at the end of each one so it does not slip. A regular rhythm means nothing falls through the cracks.

Just let your bid writing expert know as soon as possible and they will find an alternative time.
