Your pipeline is the list of grants we are actively working through on your behalf.
It is built around your campaigns and funding strategy, and we keep it stocked with around three months' worth of applications at any one time.
How your pipeline is built
Once onboarding is complete, your grant consultant will review your campaigns and talk through your priorities.
For example, you might want us to focus on a particular campaign first, or prioritise unrestricted funding over project grants.
Based on this, we build a funding strategy and identify grants that align with your needs. We will share these with you for approval before any work begins — nothing goes into your pipeline without your sign-off.
Once confirmed, grants are added to your pipeline and ordered by deadline and value.
💡 Tip: The more detail you include in your campaigns, the better we can match grants to your work. If your priorities change, let your bid writer know and we can adjust the strategy.
How we keep it up to date
Our AI searches for new grants every week. If a new opportunity comes up that aligns with your strategy, we will get in touch to ask whether you would like us to draft an application. If you say yes, it is added to your pipeline and we get to work.
Managing your pipeline
You can view your full pipeline at any time under Applications in the left-hand menu.
If you want to change the order of your pipeline, you can drag and drop grants to reprioritise them. If you want to remove a grant entirely or add one you have spotted yourself, just let your bid writer know and they will make the change.
🔵 Info. We work through your pipeline in order, automatically moving to the next opportunity once a bid has been approved and submitted. Keeping your pipeline accurate means we are always working on the right things.
What happens next
Once your pipeline is confirmed, we get to work on your first application. You will be notified by email when it is ready for you to review.
