The number of applications we write each month depends on your plan. Each application uses credits, which are allocated monthly and roll over if unused.

How credits work
Each grant application uses 1 credit. Tender applications use 3 credits, reflecting the additional complexity involved.
Tenders are available on Growth and Enterprise plans only. If you are on the Professional plan and want to apply for a tender, speak to your bid writer about upgrading.
Credits roll over each month, so any unused credits are carried forward to the following month.
Applications at a time
Your plan determines how many applications we can work on simultaneously. For example, on the Professional plan we work on one application at a time, completing and submitting it before moving to the next opportunity in your pipeline.
💡 Tip: If you feel your pipeline is moving too slowly, upgrading your plan means we can work on more applications in parallel. Speak to your bid writer or contact us directly to discuss your options.
What counts as one application
One credit is used when we begin drafting an application. You can request as many revisions as you need and regenerate individual answers without using additional credits — the credit covers the full application through to submission.
