Once you have signed up, our Operations Manager Elise will be in touch to welcome you and guide you through onboarding.
Before we can begin writing applications, we need to get your account set up properly — the good news is that how quickly we get started is largely down to you.
💡 Tip: Some organisations complete onboarding in a day. The sooner your checklist is done, the sooner we can start writing bids.
Step 1 — Complete your onboarding checklist
You will receive a welcome email from Elise outlining everything you need to do. Your checklist has three parts:
1. Complete your organisation profile
Fill in your profile under Library in the left-hand menu. This covers your About section, financial information, governance documents, and supporting materials such as impact reports, case studies, and testimonials. See Setting up your organisation profile for a full guide.
2. Tell us what you need funding for
Add your campaigns in the Campaigns section. Each campaign should include a clear description of what you are delivering, your target outcomes, a budget, and any relevant supporting files. See Telling us what you need funding for for a full guide.
3. Share your funder restrictions
Let us know if there are any funders you are currently unable to apply to — for example where you already hold an active award. You can add this in the Notes tab of your profile or send it directly to your bid writer.
Step 2 — Onboarding Call
You will receive an automated email with a link to book your first onboarding call. On this call, Elise will walk you through the platform, show you how everything works, and make sure your account is complete.
🔴 Important: Applications will not begin until your account has been signed off. It is worth prioritising your checklist so there is no delay.
Step 3 — Handover
Once onboarding is complete, Elise will review and approve your account and formally sign it off. You will then be introduced to your grant consultant, who will take over your account and begin working on applications.
What happens next
Once onboarding is complete, your grant consultant will review your campaigns, confirm your pipeline of opportunities, and get to work. You will be notified by email when your first bid is ready for review.
